Order Processing
All Skull Petal orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
During high-volume releases or special collections, processing times may extend slightly — but we always move fast and keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.
Delivery times vary by region, typically 7–21 business days depending on customs and local carriers.
Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any import fees, duties, or taxes charged by their local government. Skull Petal cannot control or predict these costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update as carriers scan the package into their system.
Shipping Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Skull Petal is not responsible for lost packages or delays.
If the order has not yet shipped, reach out to us immediately at support@skullpetal.com and we’ll do our best to update the address.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as Delivered, Skull Petal cannot be held responsible for theft or missing items.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help file a claim with the carrier.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Occasionally we release limited pieces that are pre-order or made-to-order.
Shipping timelines for these items will be clearly stated on the product page.
If you place an order with both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.
